Who we are

Loadout, Industrielaan 24, 2250 Olen, Belgium, is responsible for the personal data collected on loadout.game.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, company and message. Our server also logs your IP address and browser type with each request, for security.

Why

To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a research proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Who sees it

The Loadout team, and the hosting and email providers we use to run the site, under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. If you accept cookies in the banner, we also load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to build advertising audiences, and the advertising platforms we work with may set their own cookies. If you decline, none of these load. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
